Hi everyone! We spent a full day yesterday at Epcot for opening day of this years Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. The sky was beautiful for much of the day – turning a little grey as the day progressed. The mushrooms from Fantasia (below, left) are outside of the park, which is unusual for Festival topiaries. Sorcerer Mickey cuts a grand figure as he stands atop the entrance display with smoke billowing (below, right).

Epcot is in full bloom as the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival takes shape! Denise went to Epcot yesterday, only expecting the flower quilt and other Festival progression – definitely not expecting topiaries and displays to be up already. A rose is shown in the foreground of the Imagination pavilion (below, left), and the vibrant colors of the large flower quilt are evident (below, right).
Hi everyone! We spent several days this week at Epcot and the Boardwalk area resorts to cover the Christmas decorations! Today we will be sharing photos and video from Epcot Holidays Around The World. The opening display at Epcot is nicer than I ever remember it being, with Goofy and Donald (below, left) going skating. Bambi joins in (below, right).

We stopped by Disney’s Pop Century Resort (below, left) yesterday to take some photos and video of the progress on the upcoming Disney’s Art of Animation Resort (below, right). We spent the day at Epcot and the Magic Kingdom yesterday, but the highlight for me was seeing the new changes in the Haunted Mansion! New projections have replaced the audio-animatronics and older projections, but we were told this is temporary/transitional (below, left and right). So we’ll see if anything else happens, I definitely would like to see them keep the ghost that sits with you in the Doom Buggy!
Hi everyone! Duffy the Disney Bear made his big debut at Epcot yesterday, with hundreds of guests waiting for his arrival. Epcot Vice President Dan Cockerell and Liz Boice, Senior Vice President of Merchandise Development spoke to guests (below, left). Duffy and Mickey Mouse make their entrance with Ambassadors Vanessa Rosas and Clay Shoemaker (below, right).
