We stayed last night at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort in the Little Mermaid area, which is the last section to open. Ariel and Flounder (below, left) cut a grand twosome as they tower above guests “under the sea”! King Triton (below, right), looks over his Kingdom. “The Magic, The Memories and You!” debuted it’s summer edition on Friday night at the Magic Kingdom. The new segment begins with a blink-or-you-miss-it appearance by Phineas and Ferb on Cinderella Castle (below, left). Cinderella Castle is shown as a huge sand castle, complete with shells (below, right). Check out more Phineas and Ferb HERE.

Yesterday we went to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort (below, left) to see the beautiful Easter Egg Display in the lobby (below, right). This is the first year of the lobby display, though the decorated eggs have been placed in restaurants during the Easter holiday for the last 15 years. Each egg is hollow milk chocolate, weighing 9 – 12 pounds and is 16 – 20 inches tall!

Signs are appearing around Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! The first appearance of the logo sign was on the security building (which is hard to see). Now, it’s on the main building in the front of the resort (below, left). In the Cars section, a Radiator Springs Cadillac Range sign has gone up (below, right). It is only a few months until the first phase of Disney’s Art of Animation Resort opens to the public.
