Hi everyone! Long Lost Friends Week is now over at the Magic Kingdom, but we enjoyed one last visit with some of our favorite characters before they went away! We went to visit The Three Little Pigs and Big Bad Wolf with the Weekly Walt Disney World group, and our party of 20 brought forks. You can see the reactions of the pigs to the forks (below left and right)!

We went to the Via Napoli Ristorante grand opening ceremony at Epcot yesterday, which included Italy streetmosphere characters stomping on grapes (below, left) as well as Mickey and Minnie making their entrance in a horse-drawn carriage (below, right). This wasn’t our first visit to Via Napoli, we have photos and a review from the first day it was open – but now Via Napoli is officially open for guests (and you can make reservations!) Hi everyone! Via Napoli Ristorante (below, left) at the Italy pavilian in Epcot soft opened today, several days before the official soft-opening date! The windows advertise the offerings (below, right), including pizza – and it is a great pizza! The completed restaurant exterior reminded me of Lights! Motor! Action! at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, I almost expected little red cars to be parked out front. Hi everyone! With it’s official opening still a month away, Cat Cora’s Kouzzina quietly opened it’s doors to the public this morning. I was surprised to see the restaurant unveil it’s sign last week and start taking reservations for August 15th, well ahead of the September 17th grand opening date.

Continue reading Paradiso 37 adds Vibrance and Variety to Downtown Disney Pleasure Island! Hi everyone! I was pleased to be able to visit the new Sanaa Restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Kidani Village last weekend, and I have a joint review with Denise Preskitt from Mousesteps, as well as a second review by another friend, Steve Buddin. We will start with Steve’s glowing review, which includes photos that Denise and I took during our lunch on May 2nd. Thank you to Steve for offering the review for everyone to enjoy! A portion of our joint review follows, which you can then finish on Mousesteps. We end with a video of the restaurant.
