Hi everyone! The Epcot International Garden and Festival kicked off it’s 20th year yesterday! The main entrance topiary has changed since we were there the day previous, with hot dogs on the grill (below, left) and Donald and Daisy with their badminton equipment (below, right).
 Whats Happening  Backyard Play Garden, Bromeliad Dragon, Dole Whip with spiced rum, Epcot Flower and Garden Festival 2013, Festival blooms, Festival Center, Flower and Garden Festival 2013 Opening Day, Flynn Rider, Garden Marketplaces, Illuminated Gardens, Lightning McQueen, Mama's Little Yella Pils beer, Mater, Mike Wazowski, Monsters University, Phineas and Ferb, Radiator Springs, Rapunzel, Smokehouse Barbecue & Brews, Sully, Surprise Meet & Greets, Tinker bell, United Kingdom Tea Tour Hi everyone! We spent a full day yesterday at Epcot for opening day of this years Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. The sky was beautiful for much of the day – turning a little grey as the day progressed. The mushrooms from Fantasia (below, left) are outside of the park, which is unusual for Festival topiaries. Sorcerer Mickey cuts a grand figure as he stands atop the entrance display with smoke billowing (below, right).
Whats Happening alphabet garden, Bambi, Bambi's Butterfly House, Beauty and the Beast, Bromeliad Dragon, Cars 2, Chimpanzee, English Tea Garden, Epcot International Flower And Garden festival 2012, Fantasia, Festival blooms, Future World, Haiti, Imagination pavilion, Lightning McQueen, Mater, Periwinkle, Peter Pan, Pixie Hollow Fairy Garden, Secret of the Wings, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Sorcerer Mickey, Spaceship Earth, The American Adventure, World Showcase Hi everyone! Epcot is in full bloom as the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival takes shape! Denise went to Epcot yesterday, only expecting the flower quilt and other Festival progression – definitely not expecting topiaries and displays to be up already. A rose is shown in the foreground of the Imagination pavilion (below, left), and the vibrant colors of the large flower quilt are evident (below, right).
