Hi everyone! We made a stop at Disney’s Pop Century Resort yesterday to see the progress on Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, which is set to open in summer of 2012 as Disney’s newest value resort offering (below, left). Originally slated to be the Disney’s Pop Century Legendary Years, you can see that the years are still attached to the main building (below, right). Hi everyone! We spent much of Sunday at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to see the new Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun! Parade. The entrance now has “Let the Memories Begin” banners up (below, left). We waited an hour or so for the new parade before it started (below, right).
Hi everyone! We stopped by Disney’s Pop Century Resort yesterday to get photos of the construction at the upcoming Disney’s Art of Animation Resort (below left and right), formerly it was to be Disney’s Pop Century Legendary Years. Hi everyone! We went to Epcot on the nights of December 29th and 30th, expecting it to be slammed. It was, but World Showcase was actually quite pleasant once we walked past Mexico! There were bars set up for the upcoming holiday (below, left and right).

Camera! Happy New Year! fireworks, Magic Kingdom New Years Eve, Marlee Matlin Narrates Candlelight Processional, Via Napoli Hi everyone! We’ve been spending a lot of time around property, checking out the resorts and parks for Christmas (we are trying to get to 8 or so resorts tomorrow!) The Swan and Dolphin (below, left) really did a great job of decking the halls this year – more than ever. The Walt Disney World Swan Resort has an incredible chocolate Santa display (below, right) that is 3 million calories!

It’s been a festive week, with another viewing of The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights (below left) as well as a visit to Gaylord Palms ICE! We’d seen The Osborne Lights during the cast preview, but some has changed since then and it was nice to spend a few hours there (below, right).
