Hi everyone! Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee had a rousing final performance yesterday (below, left). Despite rumors to the contrary, this was the last show (though it could possibly come back for the DVD release). Louis the Alligator gets ready to play his trumpet (below, right).
Happy New Year! I had a long but great day at Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios for New Years Eve! We were able to catch 2 different fireworks shows, and I thought the fireworks at the Studios were amazing! We started first at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, catching a set of Mulch, Sweat and Shears. They were there from afternoon until the fireworks show (below left and right).

I’ve had a great time visiting Walt Disney World for my first Christmas as a Florida resident! There is so much to see and do, I’ve not been able to see everything – but I’ve tried! I finally was able to see my first (and second) Candlelight Processional for 2009, it was actually very easy to get in the theater without a dinner package. We had great seats both performances! Trumpet players begin the show (below, left) and actor Brian Dennehy fronted the choir, reading the Christmas story from the Bible for several days (below, right).
