Not So Scary Entrance Scenes

It’s really “Not-So-Scary” as you enter the Magic Kingdom for your Halloween Party night! After donning your Party wristband, it’s time to pick up a map and treat bag. Once inside the park, you stop for your first treats in the new Market Street location behind Main Street. Next, it’s time to meet Jack and Sally at their new location in the gazebo in Liberty Square. You follow that up with Talking Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater and Donald, Minnie and all Seven Dwarfs in Storybook Circus! Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet meet guests while donning Halloween costumes in Fantasyland.

Headless Horseman

“Beware, the Headless Horseman is here!” proclaims the announcer as the famed rider from Sleepy Hollow emerges from the darkness holding an illuminated jack-o-lantern in his gloved hand. Shot from multiple angles in Frontierland and Town Square

Zootopia Party Patrol

Nick Wilde & Judy Hopps join other members of the Zootopia Party Patrol (formerly the Creepa Crew) to entertain guests on Main Street and Town Square before Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade.

Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade

“Make sure to get lots of treats!”, Mickey proclaims as Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade kicks off. No tricks can be found here, just a lot of popular Disney characters to delight young and old alike. Winnie the Pooh, Aladdin, Jasmine, and other favorites can be found hiding behind their Halloween masks. Wendy is tied up on the pirate ship, while Peter Pan is ready to battle Captain Hook! New this year is Vanellope on the candy float. It is a delightful combination of childhood favorite characters and villainous fun. Back as always is the esteemed Grave Digger Precision Drill Team and so much more!

Celebrate The Magic Villains Segment

Added only for the Halloween season, this villains segment of the Celebrate the Magic projection show offers some of Disney’s most dastardly villains, with Chernabog heralding in the the likes of Ursula and Maleficent, the Mistress of all Evil herself. Maleficent first appears in human form before her dragon likeness conjures up flames on Cinderella Castle.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, 2012 Edition Opening Night: Characters, Mickey’s Boo-To-You Parade Changes, HalloWishes and Much More – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

We had a great time attending the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party of the season!  We had been in California for 11 nights, and missed seeing the Halloween decorations as they were put up. The pumpkins are back in front of the park (below, left), and new decorative lit inflatable balls have been added (below, right). These are in place of the white ones from previous years.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios Update: Christmas Tree and Holiday Decorations Around The Park – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

Only a few days after Halloween, Disney’s Hollywood Studios (below, left) is nearly fully decorated for Christmas! Today was a beautiful day and we decided to take a walk around the park and see what was changed or added this year. The tree in front of the park looked beautiful against a blue sky (below, right).

Halloween at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, Golf Cart Parade, Special Backyard BBQ, Singing Pumpkins, Happy HalloWishes Fireworks, Campsite Decorating and More – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

We went back to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort yesterday to see both the Halloween golf cart parade as well as to enjoy a Halloween version of Mickey’s Backyard BBQ! Our favorite golf cart was the Mad Tea Party from Alice in Wonderland (below, left). The guests said it took them 3 months to build! There were many unique and wonderful entries into the contest, including Peter Pan and Captain Hook (below, right) with a pirate ship – and more characters – behind them.

Halloween Eve at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground, Chip & Dale Halloween Costumes, Campsite Decorations, Fort Wilderness Railroad – Photos & Video

Hi everyone!

Yesterday we spent the day at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground with friends (some who had never previously visited) to enjoy the Halloween decorations and nighttime campfire. We had a great day touring the grounds and checking out the remnants of River Country and the Fort Wilderness Railroad. In the evening we attended the Campfire which included Chip & Dale dressed in their Halloween costumes (below, left) and the Pumpkin Decorating Contest (below, right) winner announcements!
