Hi everyone! I had a great time with friends at the new Harambe Village “Taste of Africa” Street Party. A DJ started by announcing the event prior to Mickey’s Jammin’ Jungle Parade (below, left), and the event starts at the end of the parade (below, right).
Hi everyone! We had a great time yesterday at the Winter Haven Orange Dome (below, left), where a Legoland Florida open house was taking place (below, right). When we arrived, the Dome was packed!
Continue reading Legoland Florida Theme Park Open House in Winter Haven Florida – Photos and Video Hi everyone! I spent yesterday at the Magic Kingdom, where there are many changes afoot. Entering past Cinderella Castle (below, right), I headed to Liberty Square. A year after the updated Hall of Presidents (below, right) premiered, it is still as popular and well received as it was then. I am currently working on a Hall of Presidents DVD that will feature the 3 previous versions as well as the current version and more. Check back here for details and release information.
Hi everyone! Yesterday we visited the Magic Kingdom to check on the progress in Fantasyland. Trees have been taken down behind the wall, and the area is being prepped for the upcoming Fantasyland Forest construction (below left and right).
Hi everyone! We stopped by the Golden Oak development today, you can see the insignia on a fence (below, left) and the gatehouse (below, right). The Golden Oak is named after Walt Disney’s ranch outside of Los Angeles.

We were invited to the Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort by friends to enjoy an evening at the Top of the World Lounge. I’d spent some time last year taking photos and video of the resort prior to opening, but had not yet been inside. In the lobby, there is an area set up for a cast member to assist guests who want to go up to the lounge and observation deck (below, right).
Hi everyone! Summer Nightastic is in full swing, we already have photos and video from the Main Street Electrical Parade and the Summer Nightastic! Fireworks Show! We went to the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror on Sunday night to see what was new – and after we rode, we were told it wasn’t quite finished. It is finished now, and it includes a new drop sequence for Summer Nightastic, and you’ll see your photo just before you drop and at the end of the ride before the doors open again. There is also some old-time (40’s) music before the drop, and a star field where the 5th dimension normally is. At night, the Hollywood Tower glows green from the shafts (below left and right).
