Walt Disney World celebrated May the 4th (Star Wars Day) with a special Limited Time Magic offering. The event felt like a lighter version of Star Wars Weekends, but culminated with a terrific fireworks presentation. Mickey, Minnie, R2MK, Donald and Goofy greeted guests, usually rotating among the characters but occasionally all together (below, left). Minnie and Mickey look on at R2MK (below, right).
Video #1 – Jedi Mickey, Leia Minnie, R2MK, Darth Goofy & Stormtrooper Donald, Star Wars May the 4th Be With You – As part of Disney’s Limited Time Magic, Jedi Mickey and Leia Minnie were joined by R2MK for photos, and later by Stormtrooper Donald and Darth Goofy! The characters swapped out all day, but some guests were lucky enough to have photos with all of them! This was for May 4th Star Wars Day, “May the 4th Be With You”.
As another part of Limited Time Magic, adults were invited to join their kids onstage for the Jedi Training Academy and battle against Darth Vader and Darth Maul to become Padawans (below, left). An adult battles Darth Vader (below, right).

DJ Lobot took to the stage for a special Star Wars May the 4th Be With You Dance Party (below, left). Jedi Mickey Mouse busts a move along with guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios (below, right).

Video #3 – Star Wars May The 4th Be With You Dance Party: Jedi Mickey, Chewbacca, Greedo, Darth Goofy, DJ Lobot – As part of Disney’s Limited Time Magic and Star Wars Day a dance party with DJ Lobot was held at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! This video includes: Jedi Mickey, Leia Minnie, Stormtrooper Donald, Darth Goofy, Chewbacca, Greedo and other Star Wars Characters! This was for May 4th Star Wars Day, “May the 4th Be With You”.
There had been rumors on the internet that Bob Iger and George Lucas would announce Star Wars Land, with an #igerwatch hashtag popular on Twitter. That never happened, but we did enjoy the special Star Wars themed Symphony in the Sky Fireworks (below left and right).
Video #4 – Star Wars – Symphony in the Stars Fireworks – Disney Limited Time Magic, May the 4th Be With You – A special Limited Time Magic fireworks show, “Symphony in the Stars” was shown today at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This was for May 4th Star Wars Day, “May the 4th Be With You”.
Another Limited Time Magic event is being held this week, with the highlight being The Three Cabelleros meeting with guests at the Mexico Pavilion. Usually only Donald is here, but Panchito and Jose Carioca are joining him through May 11th (below left and right).
el Pato Donald seemed to enjoy sharing the spotlight with his friends (below, left). There is also more entertainment (below, right) and some different drink offerings being offered.
Even though The Three Caballeros were signing autographs on the day we were there, we also received this Limited Time Magic card with their signatures (below left and right). We always enjoy the extra character interactions!

Usually this meet & greet location is only for Donald.
