“There’s no place like home for the holidays” – or the Magic Kingdom! You enjoy a Town Square location with Cinderella Castle as the backdrop. Characters including Mickey and Minnie, the Frozen segment featuring Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf; Vanellope and Wreck-it Ralph and so many more! New this year are Forky, Bo Peep, Nick and Judy. Of course, yearly favorites include the Toy Soldiers, Reindeer and Gingerbread Men!

Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration

Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto join Daisy Duck on the Cinderella Castle stage in the fourth year of “Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration” show as they try to figure out where Donald is – he isn’t tech savvy! Once Donald appears, the fun begins. Disney friends begin arriving, including Clarabelle Cow, Woody and Jessie, Chip and Dale, and Mickey and Minnie in special costumes! There is bell ringing, fantastic projections on Cinderella Castle and much more in this joyous show that can’t be missed.

Magic Kingdom Update: Tomorrowland Terrace, Fantasyland Forest and another Rain Parade – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

It’s been a rainy week here in Orlando, but we’ve been able to get out and enjoy the parks a bit even so. At the Magic Kingdom looking towards Cinderella Castle (below, left), we noticed that new metallic railings had been installed – and it might have happened a little while back, but we don’t usually get into this area that normally is roped off for the dessert party. The Tomorrowland Terrace (below, right) is being used for a dinner buffet through the free dining August/September time period.

Celebrating Disneyland’s Birthday at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

I had a great time last night celebrating Disneyland’s 55th Birthday. Normally I celebrate it at Disneyland, but this year we didn’t make it out there for July and spent the evening reliving Disneyland opening day attractions at the Magic Kingdom (below, left). Along the way, we took some photos of the construction projects around the Magic Kingdom. The courtyard area of Exposition Hall is now open and looks great, with new landscaping and brickwork (below, right).
