Hi everyone! “The Magic, The Memories and You!” debuted it’s summer edition on Friday night at the Magic Kingdom. The new segment begins with a blink-or-you-miss-it appearance by Phineas and Ferb on Cinderella Castle (below, left). Cinderella Castle is shown as a huge sand castle, complete with shells (below, right). Check out more Phineas and Ferb HERE.
Hi everyone! Friday was a busy day at Walt Disney World for us, we started at Epcot for a Flower and Garden Festival seminar (partly hosted by Eric Darden) and then headed to the Magic Kingdom (below, left) to photograph the Fantasyland construction. The castle wall portion of the Fantasyland project is moving along (below, right), with Beast’s Castle in the background.
Hi everyone! We had a terrific opportunity to visit the Presidential Suite at Disney’s Contemporary Resort a couple of weeks ago (below, left). The Presidential Suite is on the concierge level (below, right), and overlooks the Magic Kingdom – unlike the Vice Presidential Suite, which has a Bay Lake view.
Hi everyone! Yesterday was a full day for us, taking photos of Fantasyland from the Contemporary Resort roof and then heading to the Magic Kingdom! This was our view of Cinderella Castle (below, left). Maurice’s Cottage (below, right) looks quite whimsical!

Just hours after the New York Giants won the Super Bowl, Quarterback and MVP Eli Manning was on his way to Walt Disney World! The procession started in Liberty Square, and made it’s way around the hub (below, left), before Manning came into our view. Seated with Mickey Mouse (who was dressed as a football player), Manning was showered with confetti as fans applauded and called out to him (below, right).
Hi everyone! After a media preview of the new Busch Garden’s show Iceploration, we hopped back in the car and headed to the Magic Kingdom to photograph and record the new Romance segment of “The Magic, The Memories and You!” Just like in the Christmas version, a small portion of the normal show is changed to reflect the season. The first part of the new segment features Snow White as she receives “Love’s First Kiss” (below, left). Lady and the Tramp then are shown on Cinderella Castle in the famous spagetti scene (below, right).
Hi everyone! We spent yesterday at Discovery Cove with a Platinum Passholder special of just $59, then headed straight over to the Magic Kingdom to see “Cinderella’s Holiday Wish” which ends with the Christmas Castle Lighting – the first of the year (below, left). Goofy, Donald, Minnie and Mickey join the fun as Cinderella decides her wish (below, right). |
