By Jeff, on September 11th, 2011 Hi everyone!
We attended the pin event “The Florida Project” at Epcot’s World Showplace pavilion this past weekend. We are big fans of Disney history, and were looking forward to all the props (and merchandise) that were part of the event. The Orange Bird (below, right) had a significant presence at “The Florida Project“, including welcoming guests as they arrived.

I’ll be sharing an installment from the Disney Dream Christening Cruise every day this week. It’s been fun reliving the adventure! The lobby (below, left) is grand, with an Admiral Donald Duck at the helm. We went to eat lunch at the Enchanted Garden (below, right), which boasts a beautiful fountain with Mickey holding a bow and arrow (below, right).

Yesterday was a beautiful day to be out at the Magic Kingdom. We wanted to see the progress of the various construction projects and document Mickey’s Toontown Fair before it closes for good a month from today. The queue work at the Haunted Mansion (below, left) is still going strong, we took some photos and video from the Liberty Belle (below, right).

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party 2010 is in full swing, and there were even some changes from our first Halloween Party. The large, inflatable pumpkins at the Magic Kingdom turnstiles are now up (below, left) and a gigantic spider was projected onto Space Mountain (below, right). I haven’t seen this effect in several years!

By Jeff, on August 6th, 2010 Hi everyone!
We’ve spent a few hours this week at the Magic Kingdom, I stopped by yesterday as well to get some photos. Cinderella Castle (below, left) looked magnificent with the clouds behind it. Casey’s Corner (below, right) is still undergoing exterior work.

By Jeff, on May 17th, 2010 Hi everyone!
It’s been a very busy week with family in town, and so much is going on at the parks – it’s been hard to keep up with everything, but it’s been fun trying! I also released a new DVD last week, Jeff Lange Remembers: Disney-MGM Studios Classics Vol 1. For more information or to order, please click HERE. Pirate Goofy made his meet and greet debut in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom (below, left and right)! It seems a natural choice to have him next to the Pirate League and he was very well received by the young pirates when I saw him!

By Jeff, on March 18th, 2010 Hi everyone!
We stopped by the Magic Kingdom yesterday to see the updated Frontierland Hoedown. There have been many incarnations of the show near the Country Bear Jamboree, this one started a few weeks back. Before the show, the characters met briefly with guests. Liverlips McGrowl stopped by a merchandise stand (below, right). The characters perform with dancers to a variety of songs, including “The Hokey Pokey”. Guests are also brought into the action.
