There is so much going on around Walt Disney World – the first Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party is tonight, and I will be sharing photos from it this weekend! The most interesting part of my day yesterday was seeing the Space Mountain sign and Fast Pass machines stripped, as well as the Tomorrowland Skyway station partly torn down (My vintage footage of the Magic Kingdoms Tomorrowland can be found on my DVD, Tomorrowland Classics).
You can see below that the Space Mountain sign has been stripped of all color (below, left). Construction vehicles are parked in front of the Space Mountain building (below, right).
The Skyway station is being demolished with Space Mountain in the background (below, left). Fast Pass machines also are stripped of all wording (below, right).
