Hi everyone! The Magic Kingdom is decked out for Halloween, and Denise took photos from the front of the park to all the way down Main Street USA (see the full set HERE). It looks really good this year, with new garland and wreaths! The display is outside as always for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (below, left). The Magic, Memories and You banner has displaced a couple of pumpkins, which are now inside the park at Town Square. But the front entrance looks great! (below, right).
Hi everyone! This week we chose a different location for most of our Magic Kingdom photos and video, Disney’s Contemporary Resort. We went to the roof to get a great view of the Magic Kingdom (below, left). Beast’s Castle looks much smaller from a distance (below, right).

Yesterday afternoon we stopped by Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort before heading to the Magic Kingdom to do some recording for my next project. The construction wall (for the rumored DVC expansion) spans much of the sidewalk between the main building and the Wedding Pavilion (below left). Walls also lead into the Grand Floridian Spa (below, right).
Hi everyone! We enjoyed Sunday at the Magic Kingdom to celebrate Disneyland’s 56th birthday! I’ve often been able to celebrate at Disneyland itself, but we have other Disneyland plans coming up soon. We hadn’t realized that Extreme Makeover: Home Edition was to be taping in the park that day, we learned from a friend that afternoon that there would be a parade and flyover. We got there early enough to see the parade (below left and right) honoring Barbara Marshall, a former Navy officer who assists homeless women veterans. Hi everyone! After a week of rainy weather, we were finally able to head back to Walt Disney World and check out the latest happenings at Disney’s Hollywood Stusios and The Magic Kingdom. A new “Let the Memories Begin” sign has gone up where the Star Tours billboard had been standing (below, left). The sign (below, right) is very similar to the one that has been in front of the Magic Kingdom for the last 6 months. (we have photos and video of the Magic Kingdom sign HERE)
Hi everyone! We paid two visits to the Magic Kingdom this weekend, you can see that Fourth of July banners have been added to some buildings (below, left). It’s very festive! On the other side of the spectrum, it was an emotional day for the last day of Flynn Rider at the Tangled Play & Greet (below, right).
Whats Happening Beasts Castle, Dumbo's Circus Tent, Fantasyland, Fantasyland Construction, Flynn Rider, Flynn Rider's Last Day with Rapunzel, Fourth of July, Independence Day, Magic Kingdom, Pooh and Tigger's meet and greet, Rapunzel, Tangled Meet & Greet, The Little Mermaid, the smolder, Tomorrowland Hi everyone! We paid a short visit to the Magic Kingdom to meet SHAG (Josh Agle) as he signed his Walt Disney World 40th Anniversary artwork. On our way in, we were happy to see that the Main Street Confectionery (below left and right) now has awnings and signage that mute the red border and finish the look to this building!
