Magic Kingdom Happy Easter Parade, Epcot Bunnies and Easter Egg Hunts, Tony Orlando and more – Photos and Videos

Hi everyone –

I had a great Easter Sunday at Walt Disney World! Did you know that there is still an Easter pre-parade at the Magic Kingdom? The last full parade was in 2000, but there is currently a procession that includes the Easter Bunny, as well as springtime themed characters and the Mobile Azalea Trail Maids.

Walt Disney World Speedway / Richard Petty Driving Experience – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

This has been a busy (but terrific) week, and included a visit to the Walt Disney World Speedway. Considering that I’ve been a NASCAR fan all of my life, and a huge Disney fan since I can remember, I’m surprised it took me this long to visit and that it took a special Annual Passholder offer to get me there! We visited on March 31st (below, left), the last day of the passholder free ride-along (how is that for a great passholder perk?) You can see the Richard Petty Driving Experience car out on the track (below, right).

WDW Easter Week – Magic Kingdom: Bunny Lane, Castle Couture, Veranda Refreshments Plus Polynesian & Grand Floridian – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

What a great day! We went to the Richard Petty Driving Experience for the free Annual Passholder drive-along (today was the last day). It was so much fun, and I plan to have a full report on that by Friday. We stopped afterward at the Magic Kingdom, expecting to just pop in – but instead, we checked out everything new and took photos and video of the Easter Bunny and Mrs. Bunny (below left and right).

Magic Kingdom: Fantasyland Changes, Downtown Disney: Latest Additions, Epcot: Art in the Garden Weekend – Photos and Videos

Hi everyone!

There is so much going on across property, we spent most of our time between the Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Downtown Disney. The flowers are blooming in front of Cinderella Castle (below, left) and Scuttle keeps watch at Ariel’s Grotto, which is set to close soon for the Fantasyland expansion (below, right).

Epcot Update: Mexico Cantina Construction, More TRONorail, Flower & Garden Festival, Garden Town, David Cassidy from the Flower Power Concert Series

Hi everyone!

The flowers at Epcot (for the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival) are growing in beautifully, and much has changed with the construction at the park as well.  There is a shop that sells flower designed showers, and some of the showers were displayed outside (below, left). The Cantina de San Angel in Mexico now has visible construction (below, right).

Tron Legacy 2010 Monorail “TRONorail” Debuted Today on the Epcot Monorail Line – Photos and Videos

Hi everyone!

The sleek, new Tron monorail spent it’s first day out on the beam on the line between Epcot and the TTC (where it is supposed to stay). We read that only the front and back of the monorail (below left and right) were painted, with decals running down the side.  The new “TRONorail” boasts bold colors and looks great out on the track.

Magic Kingdom: Updated Frontierland Hoedown, Cinderella Castle – Wilderness Lodge, Downtown Disney – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

We stopped by the Magic Kingdom yesterday to see the updated Frontierland Hoedown. There have been many incarnations of the show near the Country Bear Jamboree, this one started a few weeks back. Before the show, the characters met briefly with guests. Liverlips McGrowl stopped by a merchandise stand (below, right). The characters perform with dancers to a variety of songs, including “The Hokey Pokey”. Guests are also brought into the action.
