Hi everyone! A couple of weeks ago we were able to tour the incredible and spacious 2-level Presidential Suite at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort (below, left). The balcony itself was one of the largest I’ve ever seen for one resort suite, you can see it in the photo (below, right), spanning much of the Dolphin at it’s highest room level (above the suite there are windows but no real rooms).
Hi everyone! Phineas and Ferb’s new Meet & Play debuted yesterday at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we were there for opening day! The title of the Meet & Play is “We’re Making a Movie – The Movie” (below, left). Phineas and Ferb pose for us as they rock out on their air guitars (below, right). This was their first day, and there will be a few changes in the upcoming weeks (mostly to the background).
Hi everyone! We arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on Sunday afternoon to enjoy Star Wars Weekends. It was our second visit this weekend, the first was Friday when George Lucas made an appearance to dedicate the newly re-opened Star Tours attraction (below, left). Jedi Mickey (below, right) is one of many characters that pose with guests during this popular event!

We spent a few hours at the Magic Kingdom last night, primarily to get coverage of the new Blackbeard additions to Pirates of the Caribbean (below, left). Blackbeard is featured in the new film, Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides – and now he’s also projected onto the water mist before the drop on the attraction (below, right).
Hi everyone! We had a terrific time at the Star Tours Meet-Up, which was at midnight on Thursday, May 20th – the grand opening day of “Star Tours – The Adventure Continues“. We’d already ridden this updated attraction twice in the previous week during soft openings. Parking was at Blizzard Beach, and we arrived at 10:45 to check in. We waited on the bus (below, left) for about 45 minutes until it was time to be taken to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The red carpet and smoke (below, right) from an event earlier in the evening was still out for us.
Hi everyone! We had a fantastic time at Destination D! The event was full of wonderful Disney memories, and we made some new ones as well. There was even a small Archives area which consisted of characters such as Donald Duck, Panchito and José Carioca from the classic Mickey Mouse Revue (below, left) and Figment from the original Journey into Imagination. (below, right).
Hi everyone! We were invited by a friend to enjoy a movie at the new AMC Dine-In Theaters at Downtown Disney (below, left). Cast members were offered a free movie, as well as a free soft drink and appetizer or entree. They were also allowed to bring guests! There is outdoor seating in front of the theater (below, left). This entrance now services only the Dine-In Theaters (below, right).
