The Magic Kingdom is almost fully decked-out for Christmas (Toontown was not dressed yet). The garland is up on Main Street USA (below, left) and Candy Cane Garden (next to City Hall) is where Santa will be listening to the wish lists of children visiting the park!
Two toy soldiers flank the sign that lists the countdown until Christmas (below, left). The mailbox of St. Nicholas also is here (below, right).
Looking down from the train station, toy soldiers are visible through the railing (below, left). Roy and Minnie were moved towards City Hall, and a pair of trees set the stage for Photopass photographers to take pictures (below, right).
Move it! Shake it! Celebrate it! travels under the garland for the first time in the evening this season (below, left). Walt and Mickey are surrounded by poinsettia’s (below, right).
Mickey’s Christmas Carol is back for a return engagement in the display windows on Main Street USA around the Emporium (below left and right).
The final scene of Mickey’s Christmas Carol (with Mickey, Minnie and family) is below, right. Cinderella Castle at night is even more resplendent with the garland in front of it (below, right).
Space Mountain is close to re-opening, and we saw testing in the dark yesterday as well. Unfortunately, we didn’t get photos or video of that. Suffice to say, it was pitch black and looks great! The landscaping is almost complete as well for it’s opening in two weeks (below left and right).
