Saying Goodbye to Mickey’s Toontown Fair on it’s Final Night – Photos and Video (Now in HD)

Hi everyone!

Mickey’s Toontown Fair has closed forever to make way for the Fantasyland expansion, but we spent the last few hours on Friday enjoying this land before the walls went up around it for good. We entered Mickey’s Toontown Fair by train (below, left)  and took a couple of last rides on Goofy’s Barnstormer (below, right), which will be rethemed as The Great Goofini as part of the expansion (below, right).

Epcot Flower & Garden Festival 2011 Preview, Magic Kingdom Update – Photos and Video (Now in HD)

Hi everyone!

We stopped by Epcot (below, left) yesterday to see if the 2011 Flower and Garden Festival preparations were underway, and they are! The beautiful flower quilt was planted in the last couple of days (below, right). This years festival will feature seventy five Disney character topiaries, the most ever including many newcomers from Disney/Pixar!

Magic Kingdom “Let The Memories Begin” Signage & Projectors, Tomorrowland Speedway, 40th Anniversary – Photos and Video (Now in HD)

The new “Let the Memories Begin” Campaign has kicked off with a sign and banners at the Magic Kingdom! (below left and right). On either side of the “Let the Memories Begin” words, there are photos of memories being made at Walt Disney World.

Magic Kingdom Fantasyland Update, Epcot Weekend Update and Concert Series: Herman’s Hermits with Peter Noone – Photos and Videos

Hi everyone!

The walls are now up around Ariel’s Grotto, and they may have gone up today at Pooh’s Playful Spot as well (we’ll be back there on Thursday to check it out). We first stopped at Ariel’s Grotto on Sunday, to see it one last time before it closed. You can see the dining area (below, left) and the statue of Ariel (below, right).
