Hi everyone! We arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on Sunday afternoon to enjoy Star Wars Weekends. It was our second visit this weekend, the first was Friday when George Lucas made an appearance to dedicate the newly re-opened Star Tours attraction (below, left). Jedi Mickey (below, right) is one of many characters that pose with guests during this popular event!

We had a great day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios yesterday! It took awhile for Star Tours to officially close, but it is now roped off to guests until next spring (below, left). The fantastic One Man’s Dream attraction has some new concept art on the walls (below, right).
Hi everyone! After a terrific night a few weeks ago at the Last Tour to Endor, Star Tours really (really!) shut down yesterday with a D23 ” Star Tours Final Flight” event. We also enjoyed a few extra rides on the attraction, being in one of the simulators that was the last trip to Endor for regular park guests (many D23 members were also there as well). This X-Wing Fighter is used in Star Wars Weekends, and the pilot posed for photos throughout the event (below, left). The giant flight information screen (below, right) promises forthcoming adventures to Hoth, Tatooine and Dagobah Hi everyone! We had a great time at the Last Tour To Endor (below, left) on Saturday night, we were happy we decided to go after going back and forth over it since the event was announced. One of the highlights of the evening was the show “Raiders of the Lost Jedi Temple of Doom: A Fan Film of Epic Proportions“, which was a combination of the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises. It was billed as a fan film – two fans, one who loves Star Wars and the other Indiana Jones, get together to create a film that combines both!
Hi everyone! So much is happening around property now (but isn’t that the way it always is?), Star Wars Weekends (below, left and right) is about to kick off it’s first weekend!
