Hi everyone! Star Wars Weekends 2013 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is in full swing, kicking off on Friday with Jedi Mickey leading the Legends of the Force Celebrity Motorcade (below, left). Chewbacca (below, right) was in top form, showing off his dance moves along the parade route!

Yesterday was a very busy day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for opening day of Star Wars Weekends! We arrived about a half hour before the Celebrity Motorcade, yet the streets were already fully lined with guests. Jedi Mickey leads the Star Wars Celebrity Motorcade with Darth Goofy, Princess Leia Minnie, and Stormtrooper Donald (below, right).

The third Star Wars Weekend was a tremendous amount of fun! We secured a terrific location again for the motorcade that is led by Jedi Mickey (below, left) and includes Clone Wars actress Ashley Eckstein (below, right). Ashley is the host of the Clone Wars seminar during all 4 weekends. Hi everyone! We made it to Star Wars Weekends early enough last week to enjoy the motorcade that is led by Jedi Mickey (below, left). The 501st Florida Garrison and 501st Rebel Legion are always on hand to lend the parade authenticity (below, right).

I’ve already shown some of the highlights from the first two days of Star Wars Celebration V, here are some from the rest of the convention! Anthony Daniels (below left and right) was one of the special guests for the weekend with host Jay Laga’aia. He is always very entertaining.
Hi everyone! We had a great time at the Last Tour To Endor (below, left) on Saturday night, we were happy we decided to go after going back and forth over it since the event was announced. One of the highlights of the evening was the show “Raiders of the Lost Jedi Temple of Doom: A Fan Film of Epic Proportions“, which was a combination of the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises. It was billed as a fan film – two fans, one who loves Star Wars and the other Indiana Jones, get together to create a film that combines both!
Hi everyone! We were very surprised yesterday at Star Wars Weekends to see an interactive talking C3PO in the park! While waiting for the Hyperspace Hoopla, we heard the crowd get a little louder – we turned around, and C3PO was walking by (below left and right). He is fully interactive, in the way that the Mickey Mouse was in a test at Disneyland.
