Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party 2010 is in full swing, and there were even some changes from our first Halloween Party. The large, inflatable pumpkins at the Magic Kingdom turnstiles are now up (below, left) and a gigantic spider was projected onto Space Mountain (below, right). I haven’t seen this effect in several years!
Stitch dances at Club 626 (below, left), he is one of a number characters you may see there. We hadn’t visited all of the trick-or-treat locations around the park during the first Party, but we had a great time exploring the park more on the second. Hakuna-Ma-Treat-A is located near the Jungle Cruise (below, right).
You won’t miss seeing this huge Pumba at the treat location! (below, left). Captain Hook (below, right) and many other characters greet guests around the park.
Brer Rabbit’s Candy Cavern is another candy location, we’d never seen it before (below, left). Guests walk through this Splash Mountain area to collect their goodies (below, right).
Another new location is Ray’s Firefly Candy Feast (below, left). This is located near the meet-and-greet for Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen. Cinderella Castle looks beautiful with the seasonal colors (below, right).

Ghostly dancers cut a rug in the Mickey’s Boo To You Halloween Parade (below, left). This band member (below, right) is on my favorite float, the Villains float!
The Evil Queen (below, left) casts a spell on the guests along Main Street USA (below, left). Pluto shakes in terror for just a moment (below, right) before dancing along to the music again.
Cinderella’s Coach (below, left) is situated next to Pinocchio’s Village Haus this year. Where it used to be (near it’s a small world), the Seven Dwarfs pose with a guest.
Woody and Jessie dance with Party guests (below, left) in the “Woody’s Happy Harvest Roundup, Diamond Horseshoe Revue“. We stopped for the Dagger Dans (below, right) so I could get a photo with them!
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party merchandise is sold only during the parties. A glow in the dark “Boo-To-You” t-shirt (below, left) and LE pins (below, right) are some of the items offered during the event.
Cinderella Castle (below left and right) is having the castle lights installed. It is hard to believe that it’s only 6 weeks until Christmas decorations start going up in earnest!
Fantasyland (below left and right) is in the midst of it’s huge construction project – now it is called the “Fantasyland Expansion”. It’s exciting to see the work progressing!
