Hi everyone! We enjoyed the Easter pre-parade (below, left) at the Magic Kingdom again this year! The relatively light crowds allowed us to get two great viewing spots (one we found early on Main Street USA, then we ran to Frontierland). Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny lead the pre-parade (below, right).
Hi everyone! Pirate Angelica from the upcoming film Pirates of the Caribbean 4 is now making a splash in Adventureland! She is not only featured on the Tortuga Tavern sign (below, left), but now greeting guests at the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction (below, right). She was previously greeting guests at the Adventureland Veranda while her new permanent location was being readied (we have video of my Angelica interview HERE).
Hi everyone! We went to the Magic Kingdom today to check out the new Beast’s Castle that went up this weekend (below, left). It’s amazing to see it rising from behind the wall! I especially enjoyed watching as a turret was lifted from below the castle to it’s proper place on the castle (below, right). Our video below shows that! Hi everyone! We paid a visit to the Haunted Mansion today (below, left) as soon as we heard that the new Hitchhiking Ghosts mirror effect was working! Walking through the queue to check out the new tombstone that had been added about a week ago, we were also pointed to another new addition. In reference to the “Bride’s Ring” that used to be in the pavement near the front of the queue (not really the Bride’s Ring, but everyone liked to say it), there is now really a ring – engagement ring – in the pavement of the interactive queue.
We went to the Magic Kingdom in hopes of getting into the soft-opening today of the new Backstage Magic with Mickey Mouse meet and greet – and it was open all day! The newly renamed Town Square Theater (formerly Exposition Hall) is the setting for this new attraction (below, left) that also includes a meet-and-greet with the Disney Princesses. The lobby is beautiful with tile that includes “1901“, the birth year of Walt Disney (below, right).
 Whats Happening  Backstage Magic with Mickey Mouse, Backstage Magic with Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater, Belle, Cinderella, Club 33, Disney Princesses meet and greet, Enchanted Artwork, Feed the Birds, Hidden Mickey, J. Thaddeus Toad Motors, Joyce Carlson, Madam Leota, Madam Mim's Potion and Spells, Magic Kingdom, Mary Poppins, Princess Aurora, The Saw of Dread, The Tank of Terror, WED Illusioneering Hi everyone! We had a very full day at Walt Disney World yesterday, with a short visit to Epcot before heading to the Magic Kingdom. We ended our day at Animal Kingdom, for the Expedition Everest 5th Anniversary Passholder Event. Our first stop at the Magic Kingdom was to ride the Walt Disney World Railroad, and it was the first day of the Storybook Circus and New Fantasyland artwork now being on the walls (below left and right). There is now a solid wall where the mesh fence used to be. Hi everyone! Epcot is looking beautiful as topiaries and flowers are added for the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival! A new topiary set went up in the lawn behind Spaceship Earth, Mickey and Minnie having a picnic with Pluto (below left and right). Pluto holds a kite spool in his mouth, but the kite is stuck in the tree!
