Epcot Internationsl Flower and Garden Festival 2013 Preview, Future World & World Showcase Topiary, Garden Marketplaces and Early Plantings – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

While I was at Daytona International Speedway enjoying the races, Denise headed off to Epcot to see what the progress was on the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. There was a lot to see! The flower quilt near the Imagination Pavilion (below, left) looks vibrant as a monorail glides by. One of our favorite photo areas when the flowers are in bloom is at the Universe of Energy (below, left), where flowers and the pond make for a lovely photo.

Epcot Canada Pavilion Winter Wonderland “Limited Time Magic”, A Look at France Pavilion Bakery Les Halles Boulangerie-Patissierie – Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

We went to Epcot today to check out the new “Limited Time Magic” experience that promised snow and characters in the Canada pavilion. The setup was along the water (below, left) and had a few props that looked like they came from the Canadian storyteller. Chip, Dale, Donald and Daisy were there to greet guests (below, right).

Animal Kingdom Lodge Boma Breakfast, Disney’s Visa Photo Place Character Greeting at Epcot, Plaza Restaurant at The Magic Kingdom, MouseSteps Weekly #36- Photos and Video

Hi everyone!

I had a great birthday at Walt Disney World! Our yearly tradition is for Denise to take me to Boma: Flavors of Africa for breakfast (below, left). This is one of our favorite dining locations on property for breakfast or dinner! Boma has a gorgeous design to it, and is reminiscent of an African market (below, right). You can find Denise’s full dining review HERE.

Buy it Now – Journey Into Imagination with Original Dreamfinder Ron Schneider: Exclusive Signed Edition

Join Ron Schneider as he chronicles his journey from the early days of Disneyland to his years at EPCOT Center’s Journey Into Imagination – including a previously unreleased ride-through of the classic original attraction!

The Ron Schneider Story (2012)

Listen as Ron tells of his first childhood visit to Disneyland on June 18th, 1955. As a young adult, he set his sights on a career in live themed performance, and worked for twelve years as a performer for Six Flags, Universal City Studios and Disney – where he realized his dream of performing for Wally Boag in Disneyland’s original Golden Horseshoe Revue. Then, with the opening of EPCOT Center in 1982, Ron took on the role that would define him: the original strolling Dreamfinder at Kodak’s Journey Into Imagination.

Ron shares in exciting detail the creative challenges he faced in bringing EPCOT Center’s only characters to vivid life. Anyone who’s a fan of Disney theme parks – or has ever held the dream of performing for an audience of millions – will enjoy these behind-the-scenes tales, told by a talented storyteller and theme park legend.

Journey Into Imagination with Commentary by Ron Schneider (1997)

Ron offers up his thoughts and remembrances while you watch this never-before-seen footage from the original Journey Into Imagination! View the iconic Imagination Pavilion fountains, the inside mural, the Dream Catcher ‘carousel’ and more as Ron shares his unique take on each area of the ride.

Journey Into Imagination (1997)
