Hi everyone!

Yesterday we went to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort (below, left) to see the beautiful Easter Egg Display in the lobby (below, right). This is the first year of the lobby display, though the decorated eggs have been placed in restaurants during the Easter holiday for the last 15 years. Each egg is hollow milk chocolate, weighing 9 – 12 pounds and is 16 - 20 inches tall!

Yesterday was a full day for us, taking photos of Fantasyland from the Contemporary Resort roof and then heading to the Magic Kingdom! This was our view of Cinderella Castle (below, left). Maurice’s Cottage (below, right) looks quite whimsical!

Yesterday was a busy one at the Magic Kingdom. The Mickey Christmas ornament is now replaced with a more traditional Mickey at the front of the park (below, left). Scrims are up around Main Street U.S.A. (below, right), as the end of the holiday season always seems to lead to a few months of extensive rehabs.

Hi everyone!

We enjoyed a picture-perfect day at the Magic Kingdom, though the temperatures never rose above 50 degrees. Mickey and Minnie Mouse were still dressed in their Christmas finest (below, left) and decorations were still up around the park. Dumbo the Flying Elephant was testing in Storybook Circus (below, right). The current Dumbo that will be part of the twin Dumbos will close on January 9th and is set to open again on February 18th!

We have a new Fantasyland expansion update today, with photos and video from yesterday! It was nearly a half hour wait for Dumbo the Flying Elephant to get some of our footage, but it allowed a great view over the fence of the Beast’s Castle area (below, left) and The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Adventure (below, right).
