Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope Von Schweetz began meeting guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios today! They are inside the Disney Animation building (below, left), in the area that Pooh and friends were last. Ralph and Vanellope (below, right) look like they are going to duke it out here!
Upon arriving to the meet and greet, guests enter into Game Central Station (below, left). For those who haven’t seen the film, it look like Grand Central Station, but it is where all the characters enter and exit their games. The queue (below, right) has a lot of details that those who’ve seen the film will understand!
A cyber bug (below, left) sits on the wall inside the queue. To the right of the cyber bug, a sign is updated regularly – with references that include Tron and Paper Boy (below, right!)
An “Out of Order” sign is on the front of the game (below, left). And if you’ve seen the film, you’ll remember this signature that says “Made by Vanellope and Ralph” on Vanellope’s car (below, right).
Vanellope and Ralph look our way as it’s our turn to meet them (below, left). Ralph lifts his big hands to Vanellope in a pose we saw a number of times today (below, right).
Ralph and I end up hugging it out as I take video of him(below, left). We went through the meet-and-greet twice to get photos and video, sharing a photo with the characters each time (below, right).
Vanellope’s car is a focal point of the display behind them (below, left). And there is even a Fix-It Felix video game in the artwork display area, though it didn’t seem to work (below, right). The playable game can be found online or at DisneyQuest!

They are greeting guests in the Animation building at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! They were a lot of fun. And for those of you who’ve seen the film, you’ll recognize the writing on the car!
