The Magic Kingdom Christmas tree is now up in Town Square! We entered the park this afternoon (below, left and right), with our first glimpse of the tree being outside the train station. The Magic Kingdom decorations are now complete for 2010! It was a beautiful but chilly day for Florida as some of the flowers around the resort have been covered to protect them from the overnight cold (not shown).
A Toy Soldier looks like he’s standing guard in front of the tree (below, left). The garland (below, right) has been added back onto Main Street USA (following the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade taping).
A number of gifts are under the tree, including a train set (below, left) and a drum, jax and more (below, right).
A teddy bear sits next to a wrapped present (below, left). Toy soldiers and a wooden horse are set in poinsettia’s (below, right).
Decorations on the tree include popcorn and ornaments (below, left). We walked down Main Street the other way as well, with the tree in view (below, right).
Huey, Dewey and Louie are now in the windows on Main Street (below left and right). This is new since the last time we were there!
The nephews look cute as they get ready for the holidays (below, left). We weren’t at the Magic Kingdom very long, we had spent hours taking pictures at the Boardwalk area resorts for an update on the decor (including gingerbread houses) there! One last look before leaving the Magic Kingdom (below, right), with the Christmas tree standing next to the flag.
